1. AI at Itqano
Itqano builds AI-assisted software products and internal engineering tools, and demonstrates some of this capability through the AI Playground on this Website. This policy explains how our AI features work, what they process and the standards we hold ourselves to. As of the date above, Bangladesh does not yet have dedicated AI legislation, so we align with international responsible-AI practice.
2. Our AI principles
- Transparency — we tell you when you are interacting with an AI feature.
- Privacy first — AI features receive the minimum data needed for the task; Playground prompts are not stored by us.
- Human accountability — a person at Itqano remains responsible for outcomes delivered to clients.
- Fairness — we design and review features to avoid biased or unfair behaviour.
- Security — AI features inherit the same security standards as the rest of our systems, including rate limiting and input limits.
3. What our AI processes
On this Website, the AI Playground processes the prompts you type in order to generate a response; we do not store those prompts. Please do not submit confidential personal or business information there.
Product AI features — such as those in Dokaniai — process product data as described in the product’s own AI and privacy policies on its website: dokaniai.com
4. AI service providers
The AI Playground is powered by Google Gemini through our own API, and Google processes prompts under its API terms — which on free tiers may allow some use of submitted data to improve Google services. This is exactly why we ask you never to submit confidential information, and why for client and product deployments we select paid plans and contract terms that prohibit training on our data wherever available. We review a provider’s data practices before onboarding.
5. Accuracy and disclaimers
- AI output can be incomplete or wrong — always verify before relying on it.
- AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, tax or financial advice.
- For client deliverables, AI output is reviewed by our engineers before it reaches you.
6. Human oversight and concerns
We periodically review our AI features for accuracy, bias and misuse. If something an Itqano AI feature produced looks wrong or unfair, tell us and a person will investigate.
