IskulAI — one system of record for a Bangladeshi school chain
Itqano designed and built IskulAI from zero: a school management platform that moves admissions, attendance, MFS fee collection, exams and payroll off paper registers into one auditable system for Bangladeshi schools, colleges and madrasas.
Challenge
Bangladeshi institutions run on paper: attendance transcribed from khata books days late, fee dues tracked in hand-written invoices with cash leakage and inconsistently applied late fines, marksheets rebuilt in Word every term, and madrasa Hifz progress living in separate notebooks from general subjects. Parents get information only when it is too late to act.
Solution
A 24-module vertical-slice architecture on Next.js and PostgreSQL: attendance with instant parent SMS, billing with bKash/Nagad/Rocket checkout and automatic webhook reconciliation, a configurable late-fine engine, board-standard marksheet printing, a dedicated madrasa mode with Hifz tracking, and a no-download parent PWA — each module shipped independently behind one login.
